Pot o’ Gold

Find yourself always looking for the pot at the end of the rainbow this time of year? Look no further!

I’ve got a super fun new printable for you!

Dark green pot tipped on it's side spilling out gold coins onto a wooden floor.

If you’ve been following the blog for a while, you know I released some fun rainbow templates last year.

Well, this year, I’m all about that gold at the end, you guys!

Check out my latest freebie here on Life + Homeschool, gold coins.

Gold Coin Printable

Like many of the freebies here on the blog, I created this one a little for you and a little for me as well.

We’ve been in our house for a little over a year now, and I’m finally getting to decorate with the seasons again — something I couldn’t fully experience while living full-time in our RV.

That said, my St. Patrick’s Day decor collection is definitely lacking.

So, when I couldn’t make it to the store last week for plastic gold coins, I decided to create these instead.

While I intend to use them as table scatter and vase filler this year, you can totally use these for whatever you like!

Plus, as always, I made some variety for you all.

I created the gold version you see above (cause that’s what I needed at the moment).

Then, I made a black and white template version for all you crafters out there.

Check it out below!

Gold Coin Template

Ok, I’m going to be honest here, there are very few full-color printables here on Life + Homeschool, so the above printable gold coins are definitely a rarity.

Most of my printables come in template format or as black and white coloring pages that are intended to be printed and colored at home (or in the classroom)

This printable is no different.

3 different gold coin printables laying on a wicker background. 1 is a black and white gold coin template, 1 is colored orange and green with markers, and one is printed in full color and is gold.

While I originally created these in full-color, I knew I needed to create a black and white template version as well.

Why? Because it’s just what I do.

I love creating free craft templates for homeschool parents and educators, allowing them to craft and create with their kiddos and students while staying on budget!

All that said, I had fun throwing both these gold coin templates and the regular gold coin printables together, and hope you get just as much use out of them as I have this year!

Using Cold Coin Printables

While I’m currently using the colored version of these as vase fillers and table scatter around the house, you can use these gold coin printables in many different ways.

However you choose to use them, I hope these gold coin templates can meet the need!

Hey guys! I’m Mary, homeschool mom of 3 amazing kiddos.

I’m so excited that you decided to check out my little corner of the world!

If you have been following our journey for any length of time, you already know that I’m obsessed with coffee, organization, and all things simple.

I’m also a huge dog lover and introvert 💗

My homeschool style is very eclectic.

I enjoy a solid mixture of structure and free range. I set goals for myself and my children each week, but I put no pressure on perfection.

We use a wide variety of curriculum in our home.

Some of our current favorites are The Good and the Beautiful, Life of Fred, Beautiful Feet Books, and Lifepac.

While my kids do spend a good amount of time learning at desks, they also spend countless hours exploring their creativity and practicing a little independence.

I love mountains, rainy days, and sitting by the campfire.

Our family recently relocated to the PNW and we have been enjoying finding new nature spots to explore together 🙌🏼

I can’t wait to connect and share all the things I’ve learned on our new journey!

Just a Note…

Thanks for checking out the kid activities portion of the blog!

Typically summer is the most productive time for my blog. However, our family is currently living in temporary housing and we do not see an end in sight (thank you housing marking 😪) — meaning my workspace & supplies to produce quality content it extremely limited.

I am still working, but it’s nothing like normal.

As always, we appreciate your patience!
