What is DEAR Day?
DEAR Day stands for Drop Everything And Read Day.
This day is observed in schools nationwide on April 12th as a celebration of Beverly Cleary’s birthday!
We have been celebrating this fun day in our home since my boys were small and now that they are nearly grown I’m still continuing the tradition with my young daughter.
